Lauren Lawal
Vice President of Finance and Operations
Lauren Lawal joined the Council in 2023 as the vice president of finance and operations. In this role, she has oversight of the finance, IT, HR, and operations teams. In her prior role, she was the US controller at Edelman, a global public relations firm. Lawal graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in accounting and earned her MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
