Laura Adamczyk is a writer for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Prior to joining the Council, she was the copy desk chief at the tech news site Protocol. Before that, she served as an editor at the pop culture site The A.V. Club, where she oversaw books coverage. She's copy-edited for The Onion and the University of Chicago and worked in production at the book publisher Dalkey Archive Press.
