About This Event

With a population of 662 million people and a combined GDP of over $3.2 trillion, the ten member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations have significant economic potential. At the same time, ASEAN’s member states can at times struggle to find a unified vision. How is the business environment in Southeast Asia changing and what opportunities for growth are there? How can ASEAN navigate US-China competition? And how do the domestic politics of each country shape the environment for American diplomacy? Join the Council for a roundtable with US ambassadors to Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, and the Philippines to discuss these questions and more.

Please note that space for this program is limited.
