Vidisha Suman is a partner with Kearney’s digital transformation practice in the Chicago office. She has over 15 years of industry and consulting experience in the digital space, serving leading companies as they navigate the complex journey to become digitally enabled and position themselves for growth through digital business models, while safeguarding their business from cyber exposure. She has worked extensively across North America, Europe, India, Japan, and Australia with leading high-tech, asset-intensive firms. Prior to Kearney, Suman worked in the tech industry in India and the United States with International Business Machines and Tata Consultancy Services.
Suman is an active voice for Kearney on digital and cybersecurity strategies in the market. She is also the coauthor and leader of Kearney’s globally renowned Global Services Location Index, a ranking of 60 countries on their potential and qualification to deliver business services to global companies based on financial attractiveness, people skills and availability, business environment, and digital resonance.
Suman strongly believes that engaged women leaders are fundamental to success. With the objective of mentoring women, she founded and continues to lead Kearney’s Women@Digital advisory board with senior client executives operating in the digital and technology space. Her accomplishments were recognized with the Future Leader award from Consulting magazine in 2019.
Suman received her bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from Birla Institute of Technology in Mesra, India and a master of business administration from IIT Bombay, India.
