Samantha Skinner Monroe
Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Samantha Skinner joined the Council in 2006 and helped to launch its new name, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and brand identity. As the vice president for communications and marketing, she leads the team that manages all strategic communications for the Council to enhance its image and visibility in Chicago and the Midwest, as well as nationally and internationally. Previously, she was head of marketing and communication at Northwestern University School of Law. Skinner graduated from the University of Missouri's School of Journalism and earned an MA in integrated marketing and communication from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
