About This Event

President Joe Biden will start his term in the White House in a very different world than when he was vice president. As Biden formulates policies towards China, Russia, climate change, and the COVID-19 response, what exactly is his worldview and how might it differ from the Obama administration’s?

President’s Club and leadership members are invited to join an off-the-record dialogue with Ambassador Ivo Daalder, president of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, on the politics, policies, and personnel driving the next administration’s foreign policy agenda. In addition, Daalder will share a special review of the Council’s past year and the plans for the year ahead.

Following the event, members are invited to remain on Zoom to continue the conversation and network with one another.
