Workshop on Bridging the Research Gap for Inclusive R&D

Research and development (R&D) is a key component of any organization’s strategy. Implementing an R&D process that is inclusive leads to outputs and products that have the greatest impact and save the most money. However, conversations about diversity and equity often happen at the human resources level and rarely translate into inclusive R&D. What exactly does it mean to design and conduct human-centered, inclusive R&D? What factors contribute to inclusive and equitable work environments? Join the Council’s women, peace, and security fellow Katelyn Jones in an intimate, interactive workshop on how to optimize inclusive R&D for your organization.

This workshop will be limited to 30 participants. Reserve your spot today!
