Corporate Leadership Breakfast

Ivo H. Daalder, President, Chicago Council on Global Affairs; Phil Levy, Former Senior Fellow, Global Economy; Samuel C. Scott III, Board of Directors Cochair, Chicago Council on Global Affairs

CEOs, heads of office, and other select C-suite executives from member companies are invited to participate in quarterly meetings co-hosted by Council president Ivo H. Daalder and board cochair Samuel C. Scott III.

These members-only meetings provide an opportunity for business leaders to participate in timely, business-relevant global policy discussions and hear directly from the Council’s bench of experts. They also provide a platform to showcase executive leadership in a room of peers, customers, service providers, and clients.

On February 21, we will examine the state of the global economy. Phil Levy, our senior fellow on the global economy, will share his insights on looming economic uncertainty stemming  from the US-China trade war, threats to the WTO, and major trade policy moves by the Trump administration, including the status of the new USMCA agreement with Canada and Mexico.
