Headshot of Sherene Awad Jodrey

Sherene Awad Jodrey is senior counsel at Boeing, where her practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She represents Boeing on all matters relating to the company’s US retirement, health, and welfare programs, executive compensation programs, global equity plans, and employee-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to joining Boeing, Jodrey was lead employee benefits and executive compensation counsel at another public multinational corporation, Aon plc, and also in private practice at Winston & Strawn LLP, where she represented a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to private equity funds and closely held entities.

Jodrey serves on the Executive Leadership Board of the National Immigrant Justice Center, where she frequently represents asylum seekers, primarily from Arab and Muslim countries, in immigration proceedings. Born in the United Kingdom to an English mother and Palestinian father, Jodrey spent her entire childhood in East Jerusalem, a city where concepts of belonging, nationality, ownership, freedom of movement, and right to representation are uniquely intertwined and complex. She left Palestine to attend Princeton University, where she studied modern Near Eastern history and received the C.O. Joline Thesis Prize in American History. She received her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as an editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and on the national appellate moot court team.
