Nadav Klugman is a partner in Mayer Brown’s projects & infrastructure group and has spent his entire professional career with the firm, joining out of law school. He has worked on a wide range of debt, equity, and tax monetization financings, restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the U.S. and abroad. Much of his practice focuses on renewable energy and other clean technology assets, including particular experience financing small-scale and distributed generation projects. Klugman has been recognized by leading legal publications for his work in this area.

Klugman devotes considerable time to thought leadership, coordinating several subject matter initiatives at Mayer Brown and using those efforts as a means of mentoring younger lawyers.

A native of Israel, Klugman is an adopted Chicagoan, having moved to the city with his wife in 2007. His children are native Chicagoans, and he is happiest on the sidelines of the Chicago Park District’s baseball and soccer fields cheering them on.

Klugman earned his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and his juris doctor from Harvard Law School.
