Mariam Huss
Founder and Managing Director, Axxum Consulting
Mariam Huss is the founder and managing director of Axxum Consulting, a management consulting firm providing services in change management, organization design, and program management. She has 15 years of experience in professional services and has held roles at IBM, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and The Hackett Group. Being actively involved with several organizations in Chicago, Huss has served on the boards of the French American Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Global Education Project, and the Organization Development Network of Chicago. She's also a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals, Project Management Institute, and the International Women Associates.
Huss holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from IPAG Paris and an MBA from Université Laval in Canada. She was born and raised in France and is fluent in French, English, and Puular (a Senegalese dialect), and has traveled to more than 20 countries.
