Eloise (Ellie) Diaz Bahrmasel is the CEO of Further Faster Venture Studio. Throughout her career, Bahrmasel has leveraged human-centered design and systems thinking to advance collaborative initiatives in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors with domestic and international partners. From venture-backed startups to Fortune 100s, her prior work includes projects with The Kennedy Forum, Comcast, and Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

Along with her team, Bahrmasel works with early-stage ventures and the investors who back them, de-risking the execution of building technology that can transform the world. Previously, Bahrmasel co-founded New Founders, a tech startup and PAC that organized over 300 emerging grassroots organizations to coordinate efforts with established institutions to advance democracy.

She recently joined the BMW Herbert Quandt Responsible Leaders Network. She’s also a Schusterman REALITY Global fellow and a delegate to the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Young Diplomats Seminar.

Bahrmasel is a lifelong Chicagoan and resides in the city’s Albany Park neighborhood with her husband, Matt Altstiel, and her rescue dog, Ozzy.
