Arthur Colby currently works in healthcare as a director for DaVita Kidney Care, creating an integrated corporate strategy and driving sustained growth for more than 120 kidney dialysis clinics in the Chicagoland and Wisconsin markets. He builds and executes regional growth plans and helps lead DaVita’s evolving value-based kidney care strategy across the Midwest.

Previously, Colby was an investment banker at William Blair, focused on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to business school, he served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps where he was a platoon commander, intelligence officer, and operations officer deployed multiple times. Colby was profiled in the Washington Post front-page article series "Learning to Lead" detailing his Marine Corps training ahead of active-duty service.

Early in his career, Colby held positions at the Brunswick Group and on the Bush-Cheney 2004 and John McCain 2008 Presidential campaigns. Originally from Washington, DC, Colby graduated from Dickinson College and received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in economics, finance, and strategic management.
