We asked Moon Chung-in, special aide on security and diplomacy to the President of South Korea, what he thought South Korea should do about emerging threats from North Korea. Hear what he had to say.
"South Korea should pursue a two-track approach. One track is: sanctions and pressures. The second track is: dialogue and negotiation. But I personally hope that the South Korean government will take a more leading role in shaping the environment for dialogue and negotiation."
