USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah testifies before Congressional committees
USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah testified before Congressional committees this week. According to the administrator, Feed the Future assisted more than 7 million farmers to increase their yields and helped to improve the nutrition of 12 million children in 2012. The President also requested $506.3 million for the Global Climate Change Initiative and $2.7 billion for USAID Global Health Program.
