About this Event

2020 certainly saw its fair share of disastrous, disruptive, and extraordinarily important events: a devastating pandemic and painful economic downturn, the murder of George Floyd and a national reckoning on race, enormous wildfires in Australia and the Pacific Northwest, and a bruising US presidential election. As the new year begins, the Council examines the lessons of the past 12 months and considers what 2021 might have in store for the world.
