Public Opinion Survey - Additional Resources

The Mansfield Foundation’s Asian Opinion Poll Database (AOPD) is a web-based research tool for researchers, journalists, Asia specialists and others who want to track policy-oriented trends in Northeast Asia.  The AOPD features top-of-the-line results, translated in English, of public opinion surveys from major Asian news and polling agencies in Japan, Korea and China.  The surveys cover such policy issues as public attitudes toward the United States and the U.S.-Japan alliance; perceptions of China’s rising power and potential North Korean threat; regional economic competition; domestic political trends; and support for national governments and administrations.
