8th Annual U.S. - Sub-Saharan Africa Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum (AGOA)
August 4 - 6, 2009
Nairobi, Kenya

Since the enactment of AGOA in May 2000, eight forums have been held with the venues alternating between Washingtion DC and AGOA countries. As in the past forums, three meetings will take place during the forum; ministerial, private sector and the civil society. The theme for the 8th AGOA For is “Realizing the Full Potential of AGOA through Expansion of Trade and Investment”
